Fees, expenses

MHNA does not have standard fees. Every case is different. Every assignment is finely customised.

For each assignment, MHNA will charge a total of one fixed fee and nothing else. That fee will be formally customised, itemised, modelled, timed, costed, fixed and agreed in detail in writing before we begin. Once agreed, we will never revisit or revise it.

To properly define an assignment and quantify a mutually fair fixed fee for carrying it out, MHNA relies comprehensively on the customer informing us fully, completely, properly and timeously about the case's every relevant detail so far as known to him.

We like to work in thoroughly thought through well-defined stages, in which gross and net progress and results are clear and can be measured and valued.

We are open in principle to appropriate retainer arrangements. 

We never incur any assignment expense unless absolutely necessary and formally agreed in detail in writing in advance.
