Richard J. Szrabe is a retired English barrister (Middle Temple 1982-2009):-
latterly a tenant at 13 Old Square Chambers, Lincoln's Inn, London (Chambers of John McDonnell QC). Practice areas included international insurance (on which he wrote books etc.), private client, personal injury insurance and multi-jurisdictional inheritance criminality. His pioneering dissection and irrefutable exposition of the Lloyd's of London front-office mega-frauds were worth billions of dollars to the community of otherwise misinformed, badly advised qualifying US old-year APH policyholders
retired in good standing 2009 (present status at Middle Temple is 'Withdrawn Membership'; category there is 'Non-Practising Barrister': Middle Temple's Head of Membership's letter, 'To whomever it may concern', October 10, 2022). Clean record.
In 2011 he changed his last name from Astor to Szrabe.

Our fees are always formally customised, itemised, modelled, timed, costed, fixed and agreed in detail in writing before we begin, for which we rely on the customer informing us fully, properly and timeously about the case.

fees based on the alleged or actual value of any inheritance, distributed or not
fees based on the apprehended, potential, alleged or actual value of any estate or any of its components, assets, affairs, issues, disputes or transactions.
We prefer to work in well-defined stages.
We are open in principle to appropriate retainer arrangements.
We never incur any assignment expense unless formally agreed in detail in writing in advance.
